This video is presented by a doctor who seems very knowledgeable about Omega-3s and depression. He also has a droll sense of humour. He discusses the importance of Omega-3s in improving the flexibility and fluidity of cell membranes. He discusses research that indicates that EPA is the most significant Omega-3 for improving mood, and that a high DHA to EPA ratio may have a negative effect on mood.
